Bear Lawyer Counsels a Friend

  1. Can BL at least petition to remove Rep. Akin and his “Timeless principles for today’s challenges” from his seat on the Congressional Science, Technology and Space Committee? Clearly, he’s never been to a science class!

    • (Un)fortunately, Bear Lawyer doesn’t have that sort of pull in the Capital, and even if he did, would be loathe to oust a sitting committee member without providing an adequate means of redress. Preferably one which involves taking (and passing) a core-level science course from a nationally-accredited college or university. After all, best way to combat willful ignorance is with the firm application of knowledge.
