Attractive Nuisance! Artificial and enticing, especially to BL.
Previously, residents of the neighbourhood had learned (the hard way) that bears and trampolines are not the best of friends.
Given the current heat wave, I think it might have been considered a legal necessity
Thank goodness for Article 35!
Unfortunately for BL, the justification defense still requires him to pay civil reparations for damaged property. So he better get on fixing that fence asap.
It wouldn’t be the first time BL has been required to mend a fence, and it certainly won’t be the last.
